OBJECTIVE
Our team was tasked with the complete renovation of the women's OR suite at Swedish Medical Center which included pre and post operating areas as well as the operating suite itself with design of a new robotics OR and integration of Stryker equipment within 3 additional OR's.
ACTIONS
My role as Project Lead included coordination with sub-consultants, equipment vendors and client user groups throughout the design, documentation and construction administration to ensure quality deliverables throughout the process.
IMPACT
Client satisfaction resulted in award of 3 additional OR renovations.
